FROM BROOKLYN TO KINGSPORT is the history of my life from age 2 to 80. It is a record of survival from severe poverty and child abuse to earning a doctorate at Columbia University. It covers my career from beginning to end,including being twice recognized for achievement in White House Rose Garden ceremonies.
