Capt Bill Burns

Bill Burns began his law enforcement as an Enforcement Agent with the MS, Alcoholic Beverage control Division in late 60's when Sheriff's were kings of their county and guns, fast cars and the whiskey empire ruled. He executed more than 800 vice raids and was critically wounded on one. Later he was Captain of criminal investigation with Corinth, MS. Police. During his career he solved many big crimes including capital murder cases. The Gambler Book is just one of his many cases.
