I am Fina Oria.

I'm a cosmic student, mother, licensed CRE professional, tax preparer, and Certified Aromatherapist. I'm also the author of 'Before SEVEN-THIRTY,' a self-help book on empowering yourself and saving your relationship.

Born in Haiti, raised in New Jersey, and now living in Atlanta. As an ex-military spouse, I also lived in England and Maryland. I’ve worked as a coordinator in commercial real estate, focusing on retail and shopping centers.

I hold a Computer Science degree with a minor in Business Law & Public Policies from UMUC. I love to read, dance, listen to music, travel, and watch black-and-white movies.

After my divorce, I wrote 'Before SEVEN-THIRTY' to share what I've learned about life and relationships, emphasizing the importance of self-focus and resolving issues early. It targets those dating or engaged but offers insights for anyone—unhappily married, divorced, or single. We need to realize that many relationship challenges are within our control and can be addressed sooner rather than later. We can improve our lives and first become the person that we want to meet as a life-long partner or spouse.
