Lee Rouland

Lee Rouland, the illegitimate granddaughter of the family Irish drunk, grew up in the part of Philadelphia which is in New Jersey. She fondly remembers long walks to the bookstore on the other side of town to buy a mystery which she would finish by the time she got home.

She soon learned how to read a book without making helpful notes to the author in the page margins. ( Dear Carolyn, no proper thief ever was caught by someone yelling "Stop! My father is Carson Drew.")

Then, able to keep a book in pristine condition, she relied on the local library until she was old enough to earn her book money.

Lee is published in short fiction in the Mystery and Fantasy genres. Now in Florida, she continues to create fantasy worlds and characters with killer instincts.
