Phil Marden

Born in Chicago, I've spent most of my adult life in New York City as an illustrator for magazines, newspapers, books and advertising, as well as an animation designer for such outlets as CBS, PBS, CNBC and Paramount Pictures. I've done weekly illustrations for THE NEW YORK TIMES, THE BOSTON GLOBE, SPY MAGAZINE and others. Now living in Portland, Oregon, I've tried my hand at writing children's books and designing products as well as continuing my work as an illustrator.
