Dr Jacob Feldman

Dr. Jacob Feldman is the founder and Chief Technology Officer of OpenRules, Inc., a US corporation that created and maintains the highly popular Decision intelligence Platform commonly known as "OpenRules". OpenRules products have been in real-world production by many major corporations and government agencies worldwide for 20 years. Dr. Feldman has extensive experience developing mission-critical operational decision services using business rules, optimization, and machine learning technologies. He is the Chair of the annual DecisionCAMP conference and the editor of the Decision Management Community. Dr. Feldman is also the Specification Lead for the JCP standard JSR-331 "Constraint Programming API".
