Doug Messel

Doug Messel writes novels, short fiction, and essays about pop culture, politics, and parenthood. A native of southern Indiana, Doug grew up in a small town and studied Creative Writing at the University of Evansville. After graduating, he moved to the suburbs of Kansas City where he currently resides with his wife, Erin, their son, Benji, and the family dog, Wags.
