Stephanie Robinson

Stephanie Robinson started the HR and Employment Law consultancy Solve HR in 2011. She started Solve with a deep routed passion to support and enable business owners, in particular small business owners, who had put their sweat, blood and tears into their businesses and yet were getting fleeced by the big corporate HR consultancies for five year deals or by lawyers who charge the earth for employment law advice. Over the years Stephanie and Solve have been focused on giving business owners solutions. 'No Employment Lawyer Required', Stephanie's first book, brings together that solution orientated approach, legal knowledge and HR advice so that business owners can help themselves in navigating tricky employment scenarios.

Stephanie has worked with over 1000 small businesses across diverse sectors, with an intimate knowledge of employment law and the ability to quickly think of a strategic solution she shares the legal requirements and do's and don'ts to help you avoid employment tribunals and mitigate processes getting convoluted and out of control. In 2020 Stephanie sold Solve HR and is now the Director of HR Consultancy at Law at Work looking after UK employers' HR and employment needs nationwide.
