Phillip S. Porter

Dr. Phillip S. Porter, a Kansas City native, received his education from South Carolina State University, a Historically Black University, and earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas. He was also awarded an honorary Doctorate in Ministry from WCBCS in Dallas, Texas, recognizing his national servant leadership. Some of his licenses and certifications includes Certified Soft Skills Trainer (Success Training Institute), Property & Casualty Insurance, Life/Health Insurance, Real Estate Limited Brokers, and Series 6 and 63 Licenses.

Dr. Porter is an accomplished author of seven books and has developed the curriculum for 14 online courses, workshops, and webinars. He is the creator of the "Generational Wealth Model," which has been successfully implemented by family businesses across the United States. He has been featured on numerous local and national radio shows and podcasts, newspapers and magazines.

Drawing upon over 30 years of experience in both corporate, non-profit and small business sectors, Dr. Porter has honed his leadership skills. For more than 15 years as a business loan officer, trainer/educator and adviser, he effectively trained and consulted with over 250 business owners, senior executives, and professionals. He currently serves as the visionary Chairman and CEO of Generations Empowerment Enterprises, LLC, Co-Founder of the Global Family Success Institute, President, West Coast Bible College & Seminary.
