Nancy Silverman

Nancy Silverman is an accomplished chef and cookbook author from Essex, Vermont. She attended Essex High School where she graduated with honors then moved on to University of Vermont where she received a degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences. She later attended New England Culinary Institute located close to her home town of Essex, in Montpelier, Vermont.
