Neill Thew

Neill Thew is a leadership development consultant and coach. He is co-founder of Cru Leader Development and co-creator of the Adapt, Grow, Achieve approach to leadership.

Neill has a Double First in English Literature and Language from Oxford University, where he also studied as a postgraduate. He spent 20 years teaching and researching in Higher Education. He has spent the last 12 years working as a coach, consultant and teacher helping people improve their management and leadership effectiveness.

Since 2014 Neill, with his Cru co-founder Trevor Cousins, has been focusing on blending the fields of adaptive leadership, adult development, learning theory and Immunity to Change coaching to create a model of leadership development appropriate for the uncertain and complex challenges leaders and their organisations are facing.

Neill lives in Brighton, UK, and Bangkok, Thailand. He's a traveller, cook, and puzzle fiend. He is father to a teenage son.
