Man Munin

Man Munin is a modern pagan who lives in a cabin in a bog. She wasn’t always so wild. She started out life in the suburbs of Denver Colorado in 1976. “Be careful what you wish for,” they say. She wished for an uncommon life, and now she lives a multi-dimensional existence moving through eras like a time traveler; living in a dimly lit, wood-heated cabin, deep in a rainforest with her partner who could be called a wizard of many colors and her two cats—gogo dancing in a psychedelic rock band— making chocolates by hand, all make her feel like she is time traveling to a more romantic era, and yet she is trying to master this modern day with all it’s wiz-bang glory and mind-numbing screen time wormholes. What does it mean to believe in magic and also be a patriotic American? What does American magic look like? If you anthropomorphize everything, and imagine what an American Hades might be like, what book would you write? That last one was the one that got her to write The American Grimoire. She is also the author of the Otherworld Comic Book and the the new release-- The Bird and the Bear: a story told about love.
