What I love most about writing is having the opportunity to be of service to others. If my personal story or the way I conceptualize something can help others to transform their lives in positive ways, I feel elated! For example, in my math books I show the readers how doing math can be a joyful experience, like playing a game in which everyone feels like they learned something important. We all become more confident by feeling more competent; similarly, we become more competent by feeling more confident. It's a happy cycle of reciprocal ripples. The joy is flowing!
