Thomas Kibalo

Thomas Kibalo is a retired engineer, educator, electronic hobbyist, and a digital artist and illustrator. He lives in Annapolis Maryland with his wife. They spend winters and free time at their condo in Ponce Inlet, Florida. As a avid naturalist he volunteers at the Marine Science Center located at Ponce Inlet, and is active with Volusia Volunteer, a organization dedicated to area conservation within Volusia County Florida. He is also a member of the Ponce Inlet Art Guild.

Thomas captures his love of Nature by creating detailed art illustrations of marine, bird, and reptiles. It is in this that he wishes to share his love of Nature with children in the form of Children’s books.

He has contributed to the electronics hobbyist community in over thirty articles in magazines like Nuts and Volts and Circuit Cellar. He has also authored several hands on textbooks on micro controllers . He is a member of IEEE and a associated academic and design partner with Microchip Inc.
