This kid was thrilled when weekly vocabulary lists came out. We got to write stories using all the words. What could be better? When asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, the secret answer was, 'writer'. Astronaut was acceptable, but at the time girls weren't allowed.

My first novella was Case of the Missing Clue. Our fifth grade teacher read it to the class. Everyone was included. I don't know what happened to that manuscript. My high school creative writing teacher had us write an essay. Punctuation and spelling were part of the grade. My essay was about e e cummings and Edgar Allen Poe failing her class.

Writing has always been a passion. Now it's a passion shared. Inspiration is anywhere and everywhere. Humans are an interesting species. You never know what someone might do. That said, if you enjoy my writing, please leave a review.
