served as Assistant Engineer and Station Manager in West Bengal State Electricity

Distribution Company Limited.

Renewable Purchase Obligation, REC purchase, Loss Calculation & Loss Minimization,

Regulatory Matters, Techno Commercial Aspect of Power Sector, Legal Matters related to

Power Sector, Metering, Remote Meter Reading System, Deviation Settlement mechanism,

Tariff Determination, Tariff Filing, Power market Research, Power System Planning, Power

System Maintenance, Revenue related matters, Testing & Metering etc.

His research interest is Power Sector Economics, Load Forecasting, Price Forecasting for

Short Term Trading, Renewable Energy and Power Theft protection. He has filed four patent

on Power Theft Protection and Solar based induction heating.
