Lynn B. Robinson PhD

Lynn B. Robinson, PhD is a widow, mother, grandmother, author, professor emerita of marketing, former business consultant, speaker, and volunteer for numerous non-profit organizations. During her university years as student, professor, or administrator, as well as during her years as management consultant, she often enjoyed being the lone female. And, in an extremely brief interim between undergraduate and graduate school, Lynn worked as a very young executive at Macy's Herald Square; she cherishes her memory as a clown in Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Lynn is thankful for the love and support of many co-workers, friends, and family members. She is thankful, too, for readers of articles and books she has written, many of whom have graciously reached out to her.

On the day Lynn received her doctoral diploma, her not-quite-four-year-old shouted from the crowd, "Dr. Mama, Dr. Mama!"

A lady standing nearby asked the blonde, tousle-haired blue-eyed cherubic boy, "Oh, is your mother a doctor?" "Yes," he grinned, "but she not make you better." Lynn hopes with the books and articles she has written, readers will be "better."
