Jen Ferguson

Jen Ferguson is the co-founder of Hop Burns & Black, a multi-award-winning bottle shop with two branches in London, UK. The shops specialise in Jen and her partner Glenn's three passions: craft beer, hot sauce and records (the hop, burns and black of the shop name), which they believe are the world's greatest obsessions. Jen's first book, The Beer Lover's Table: Seasonal Recipes & Modern Beer Pairings, written with food writer Claire Bullen, is published by Dog & Bone Books in March 2019.
