Chandler has acted as an advisor and trainer to multiple government agencies internationally, including the Australian Department of Defence, the Ghana Bureau of National Investigations, and the British Home Office, delivering training in areas such as counter-surveillance, threat detection, and technical counter-intelligence.
He is the author of multiple publications and training programmes focused on close protection and counter-intelligence. His published works include Technical Surveillance Countermeasures and The Art of Protection: Close Protection Utilising Designated, Incidental and Counter-Intelligence. He is currently writing a further publication titled Technical Counter-Intelligence.
