Jeff Crise

Jeff grew up in central Iowa and raised his two children (Josh and Amanda) in Iowa with his wife Christina. One of his greatest achievements, to date, was to return to school, graduating from college not once but twice with Christina, Josh, and Amanda. Jeff is an avid sports fan, motorcycle rider, swimmer, and traveler. Jeff loves spending time with his granddaughter Rosealee..who pretty much has her grandpa wrapped around her little fingers! Writing has been a passion for Jeff since he was in elementary school. Creative writing was one of his best subjects. "To write the Sherbert M. Holmes Detective Series with Josh and Amanda was a great experience," Jeff said. "The series shows the closeness within our family while showcasing our differences in both our personalities and writing styles."

Amanda is married to Caleb. Amanda and Caleb added to their family, in March of 2021, baby girl Rosealee. Amanda and Caleb's family also includes four cats [Schrodinger, Sedgwick, Haru, Miia], and a dog [Roscoe]. All of their animals were rescued from various animal shelters. Amanda enjoys advocating for animal rescue and adoption. Amanda has incorporated the promotion of animal adoption through her writing.

Besides being known as a co-authoring the Sherbert M. Holmes Detective Series. Josh enjoys traveling. Japan and the Caribbean are a couple of his favorite places to visit. When not spending his time writing, Josh enjoys motorcycle riding, cooking, working on his Farmall H tractor, playing video games, listening to music, watching movies, and spending time with his niece Rosealee.
