Arthur L. Smith

Arthur L. Smith is President of Triple Double Advisors, LLC, an advisory firm. He is the former Chairman and CEO of John S. Herold, Inc., a petroleum research and consulting firm based in Norwalk, Connecticut and Houston. In August 2007, Smith divested his ownership of Herold to NYSE-listed International Handling Systems, Inc. (IHS). A native of New Orleans, Smith received hs BA from Duke University and his MBA from New York University. A self-professed professional angler and would-be charter boat captain, Art is currently working on his next book about his family's excursion steamboat company.
