Ian G. Duncum

Dr. Ian G. Duncum has pastored churches and held denominational leadership (church health and development) and research positions. He works across numerous denominations as a church and nonprofit enterprise consultant, intentional interim pastor, trainer, and mentor of pastors and leaders.

Ian runs workshops for churches, pastors and church leaders on vision and strategic planning, leadership and governance, revitalization, church health, conflict management, navigating change, pastoral transition, crisis recovery, burnout, and more. He has also been involved in training interim pastors and church consultants in processes which create and support church health.

Ian has authored many articles, including (with Ruth Powell) "Baptists Responding to Cultural Diversity" in Cultural Diversity, Worship, and Australian Baptist Church Life (2016).

Ian is married to Joanne, a speech pathologist, and they have two sons.
