Kailey Jacomet

Kailey Jacomet is the founder of Brandlaw Boutique, a law firm for small businesses. She is a lawyer, entrepreneur, wife, and mother. Ditching the stuffiness of the traditional law firm model, Kailey created a firm that would speak to her clients and best serve their interests, while protecting their most important business asset: their brand. An avid traveler, Kailey has lived and worked in the U.S., Canada, China, and Thailand. She served as the first legal intern for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s IP Attaché to Southeast Asia at the U.S. Embassy Bangkok and continued to build a focus in trademark and copyright law at a top international law firm in Asia, helping major U.S. companies protect their intellectual property in emerging markets. After years of working as a federal prosecutor and state government attorney, Kailey decided that it was time to design a life and business that fit her love of entrepreneurship, freedom, and travel. Through Brandlaw Boutique, she has the pleasure of playing a role in so many different business journeys.
