Dan Wu

吳尊銓，筆名丹梧，二戰後生於臺灣新竹，國立臺灣大學工學院畢業，赴美留學，獲化學博士學位，曾在康奈爾大學研究。

作者先任職國際菸草公司研究部，居住在美國十二年，後舉家遷到東南亞為華商集團工作，歷任品管部主任，生產、研發部執行長，國際部執行副總。由於職務的需要，足跡遍及東南亞、海峽兩岸、及至全世界。

作者酷愛旅遊、攝影、研究歷史、風水，關心中外時局。2006年退休，現今住在新加坡，著有兩本中文書籍。

Dan Wu was born in Hsinchu, Taiwan soon after the Second World War. He graduated from National Taiwan University and obtained his Ph.D. in the United States.

After working for a manufacturing company in the USA, he transitioned to working for an Indonesian enterprise in the early 1980s. He worked more than two decades in that company, eventually reaching the position of COO and Executive VP of International Business Development. As part of his job he traveled extensively and repeatedly in the Southeast Asian region, in other parts of Asia, and throughout the world.

Dan Wu enjoys traveling, reading about history, and photography. He retired in 2006 and has since published two books in Mandarin.
