I wear a hard hat, am a mother of 3 sons and enjoy being down the shore.

I am the owner and President of TeamPAR: PARflooring & PARsolutions in Flanders, NJ. Founded in 1992 as a “mother-daughter” team, TeamPAR services commercial real-estate in a unique capacity. PARflooring value-engineers flooring and specifies, supplies and installs commercial flooring for both the public and private sector. PARsolutions creates cost-controlled interiors and offers design-build and project management services.

TeamPAR is community minded and has been orchestrating a toy drive to benefit the clients of JBWS for 18 years. Caring is Sharing has been our core philosophy since TeamPAR’s inception and over $30,000 in profits have been donated to local organizations in need.

Karen has been happily married to her husband, Jack, for 21 years and has 3 sons: Cole (17), Bret (13) and Luke (5). They reside in Mendham Township, NJ and spend their spare time on their farm in Sweet Valley, PA.
