Lyn E Ayre

Lyn Ayre is a prolific writer penning poetry, short stories, children's books, cookbooks, spiritual books, energy healing manuals, her memoir and romantic suspense. This tallies to over nine hundred thousand words in the last few decades. Her favourite saying is, I eat words for breakfast. An avid reader, she also enjoys dabbling in the arts—painting, potting, cooking, indoor gardening, jewellery making, perfumery, singing, and photography.

Lyn's book, Fragments of a Shattered Soul Made Whole—a memoir, is gaining a foothold in the worldwide community. Her 'Made Whole' campaign includes many energy healing pdf books created from the manuals she put together for her classes. Her new website at www.lynayre.com has several soft-spoken meditations one can listen to for free. She includes a pen, which says, I am Made Whole, whenever she has the opportunity to sign a book in person.

Lyn is a proud Mom, and grateful Grandma. She makes her home in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada.

I enjoyed reading Murder on Belcut Mountain, written by Lyn E. Ayre. This book was the first murder mystery that I’ve read in a while. From the beginning to the end, the story caught and held my attention. I couldn’t put the book down. Well done, Lyn Congratulations! Nancy McNeil, beta reader

Lyn has done a great job hooking the reader on the first page. I wanted to continue reading to find out what was going to happen next. She established right away that (Detective) Iain McClintock is someone people respect and look up to. He is imposing and runs a tight ship. He knows he can trust his charges to do their duties. (Detective) Susan Miller is presented as competent, experienced, knowing her job well, and on a par with McClintock.

Lyn’s portrayal of the killer and his mental illness is believable and chilling. I don't know what would be going through the mind of a serial killer (and don't want to). She seems to have captured the essence. I didn't need to stretch to find him realistic.

There is always something going on that pushes the story toward the climax. She’s done a very good job in plot, characterization, and setting. Gary S. Lea, beta reader
