Danielle Depratt Koelbl

Danielle Depratt Koelbl and her oldest daughter, Taylor Koelbl, began writing children's books in 2018. What started as a mother and daughter discussing common parent/child disconnects at bedtime turned into a silly and suspenseful moral-based series. Koelbl's youngest daughter, Alex Koelbl, began earning writing credits in 2021.

Depratt Depratt Koelbl and tiny tot authors Taylor & Alex Koelbl have penned twelve stories, published four: The Girl Who Asked for Presents (2018) and The Girl Who Loves Unicorns (2019), available in English and Spanish, The Girl Who Shared Kindness (2019), The Girl Who Tried Something New (2021). All four books have ranked in Amazon Top 100 Children's Books categories and earned a #1 New Release.

The series is geared toward early reading/readers ages two - eight. The stories are light-hearted yet bridge gaps in parent/child behavior and family and social relationships. The series hopes to empower children to find beauty within themselves, beauty within each other and fun along the way.
