Kay Lawrence

Kay Lawrence was born in Leicester, England. She currently lives in south-west France with her husband and two dogs. Her first book, Tashi and Tula Take Off was inspired by the true story of two rescued dogs and their meeting with five little girls. Many of Kay's subsequent stories are based on true events. She hopes that as well as enjoying reading the books, children will have fun colouring in the illustrations and to accompany her stories, Kay has designed and published five paper doll books each featuring one of the Paige sisters. When she is not thinking about what to write next Kay works on her family history website A Gaggle of Geese. She is a member of the Guild of One-Name Studies.
