Monique Mitchell, born on December 14, 1991, within a middle class family in the small island of Jamaica. She started off in a full functioned family of both parents and a smaller sibling until her parents broke apart and she was then raised by a single mother.
It wasn’t an easy life for her family since her mother was un-employed but she managed to make it anyway. She attended the Airy Castle Primary school then off to Morant Bay High where she gained her high school diploma.
Monique is a writer from birth, her expressive being evolves mostly between pen and paper as words. Even though 'The Skeletons Of Samantha's Closet' is her first published work, she has written many poetic and narrative pieces before.
She is a great motivational speaker and an ideal care-giver, her passion lies way above just being a social worker.
Her imagination is limitless and even though her novels are fictional, it is everyday related. She writes with the objective that her work will inspire, touch, motivates or help some-one in certain positions in life to better.
