Mark Biernacki

Mark Biernacki worked for various local government throughout the United States as an urban planner and city manager before retiring after 33 years of public service. When not volunteering in his community, he and his wife, Mary Kay, travel the country and the world extensively. They currently reside near Chicago, Illinois.
