Mr Richard Anthony Dingwall

Richard Dingwall was born in St Elizabeth, Jamaica.

He was previously published in the Cultures Sud anthology,

So Much Things to Say—the Calabash Literary Festival’s anthology, and Jubilation: Poems Celebrating 50 years of Jamaican Independence.

An accomplished performance poet working with backing bands for more than a decade,

he now debuts his first collection of poetry—A Window to Let the Light Out.

He has featured on literary events in Barbados and the UK, the Calabash Literary Festival,

Reggae Sumfest with the original Zinc Fence Band,

and the Word Alive Literary Festival in St Lucia. He is currently working on a screenplay

and his second collection of poetry.
