Tim Burningham is an experienced manager, leader, and CEO. He has led multiple teams and helped many organizations gain a competitive advantage through building a strong organizational culture. He is president of The Center for Company Culture (https://thecenterforcompanyculture.com), a management consulting firm specializing in organizational culture, leadership development and teamwork. He is also the architect of The Four C’s Model to Building a High-Performing Company Culture. Tim’s practical, simple, and straightforward approach has helped leaders and organizations tackle some of their biggest challenges such as employee engagement and retention, leadership, teamwork, and more.
