Following a successful career with Hilton Hotels Corporation, Dennis Koci is currently available to provide a wide range of Hospitality Consulting services that can easily translate to any company in any industry.

Most recently as Senior Vice President of Operations Support for Hilton Hotels Corporation, he was responsible for the entire corporate functional hotel support division. They included: Customer Loyalty, Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, Safety/Security, Communications, Food & Beverage, Technical Services, Human Resources Training and Performance Management.

Koci began his Hilton career in the Front Office of The Palmer House Hilton in Chicago, and prior to joining the corporate staff at Hilton’s world headquarters in Beverly Hills in 1986, he served as a General Manager for Hiltons in Los Angeles, Dallas and Hawaii.

In his present role, Koci can assist forward looking organizations create value in key areas such as: Customer Service, Service Recovery, Employee Morale, Loyalty assessments, as well as assist in bringing a Hospitality perspective to the culture of any organization. He can also help improve operational performance through the alignment of the enterprise’s strategic direction with the goals of their operating business units, implement improvement initiatives, and guide a company’s continuing drive for operational excellence.

He’s been a frequent lecturer at academic and hospitality industry venues, (UCLA Hospitality Investment Conference, USC Executive MBA program, WSU, The Conference Board, and The Balanced Scorecard Collaborative), offering perspectives on a wide range of issues from consumer trends and performance management to technology’s impact on the hospitality industry.

Koci is a graduate of the University of Illinois – Chicago, where he received a BS Degree in Business Economics, and in 1983 received his MBA from Southern Methodist University – Dallas.

He enjoys photography, chess and competed in the Los Angeles Marathon. He is a credentialed instructor for the state of California, and has taught at California State University, and the University of Hawaii. Koci resides in Los Angeles, California.
