Varghese Philip

Varghese Philip is a surgeon and an organisational strategy advisor. He has strategically led a number of healthcare organisations over the last three decades serving in some of the most deprived regions in India and overseas. His early years were spent in Bhutan and in the Himalayas leading healthcare teams.

He has a Masters degree in surgery as well as a Masters in Social Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics.

His main interest is in understanding and interpreting leadership particularly from a Christian perspective. His passion is to see the emergence of authentic leaders.

In his latest book, 'Living Audaciously', he uses Renaissance paintings to draw out life and leadership lessons.
