Matt Stewart

Matt Stewart is an Emmy-award winning television news reporter in Kansas City, MO. He works on the morning show, which means 2am wake-up calls and lots of afternoon naps (when he's not writing). His first book, “The Walk-On”, detailed his experiences playing college football at Northwestern University and won the Gold Medal for Best Sports Nonfiction in the Reader’s Favorite competition. He's written six books total, his most recent being “The Ark Angel”. He and his wife, Chrissy, are both fighting devastating cancer diagnoses as they raise their three children and two dogs.
