Welcome readers my name is Ruby D. Sisk I wrote this book for my college thesis for grad school ,and the title of it is Mental illness of Incarcerated population. I wrote the book because I am a human Service major with a minor in psychology I have an associate's degree in criminal justice and I have a masters of arts in Leisure, Youth and Human Services Administration I have over 20 years of experience in the human service sector and the reason for my book is because I've always taken an interest in human behavior particularly mental illness and that is why I chose to write my college thesis on mental illness of incarcerated population due to we lack social reform programs for newly released individuals reunited them in the community and being able to access them programs and social reform programs to be able to give them a fresh start.

My book entails mental illness at the onset of adolescence ages and throughout their inmate processing mentally ill treatment counseling and programs as inmate and what is available or the lack of availability upon release and reentry into the community.

My book targets what's happening in America with the crime stat we have that have become rampant and almost an epidemic and it explains the mental illness part of what creates crime in an individual that is mentally troubled

It talks about some treatment options and again social reform programs that could be helpful in the continual Mental Health Services of individuals to prevent recidivism in an individual.

In addition it talks about the disproportionate rate of Health & services between cultural classes.
