Esi Cakmakcioglu is an award-winning architect and urban designer with over 40 years of international experience with different cultural regions in Europe: Germany, Turkey, Cyprus, Greece, UK, Asia: Saudi Arabia, Brunei, Hong Kong, China, Myanmar, Philippines, North Africa: Morocco. www.esi-idc.uk

She lives in London, and for the past fifteen years has also been working internationally - Hong Kong, Turkey, Spain, Germany- as a spiritual medium, artist, healer and clinical hypnotherapist, giving workshops, demonstrations.

Esi was born in Turkey and raised in a family of scientists and artists; mother’s fields were Chemistry and Physics, father’s Mathematics and Astronomy. She says “as children, one of our playgrounds was my mother laboratory at the college. I do believe that my exposure to this scientific environment gave me an enquiring and curious mind”.

Esi says "Face To Face- An Architect’s Journey of Discovery” is my very first book. Life opens new doors in front of us when we are ready. It is then up to us whether we enter through those doors or not. She wrote this book to share the most amazing journey she took!
