Rob's current work is concentrated on executive coaching. He and his wife Maggie live in Albuquerque NM, and have three sons. In his spare time Rob enjoys working out, bicycle riding and vintage car racing. He says,
“Working with many different cultures, I have found that underneath we are very similar. We all want respect and an opportunity to express our talents. To be of service to leaders and to help them release people’s potential is an honor.”
Having lived and worked in eight countries on four continents, Rob draws from this broad, multi-cultural background to help clients see opportunity in tough situations. From 1996 to 2000 Rob was a Vice President with Senn-Delaney Leadership Consulting Group. He specialized in executive coaching and facilitating teams and individuals in making difficult decisions in such diverse industries as electronics, high tech, manufacturing, automotive and food industries. His portfolio of clients included DuPont, IBM, Kellogg’s, Rockwell, Shell, CIBC and Eaton.
Additional corporate experiences include stock brokering, insurance brokering and the cosmetics industry. He has owned and operated businesses in the petroleum, food, consulting and printing fields in the UK, Canada and the USA. From 2000 to 2001 he was CEO of a small software development company operating out of Rotterdam, London and Boston. Before all this he graduated from The School of Infantry and served as a young army officer in the King’s African Rifles and the SAS.
Rob has also authored, Is This The Last Safari? and Revolution Without Violence: an ordinary man’s guide to Peace and Prosperity in a Dangerous World.
