Massimo Rigamonti

Massimo Rigamonti was born in Italy in Milan in 1958, he lived until a few years ago in the northern suburbs of this city that he always loved. Now he lives on the hills of Lake Maggiore. His main passion has always been writing. Author of poems and stories, over the years he participated in numerous competitions and important editions. His background is still technical, he studied chemistry and has worked during his professional life as a technical manager for major multinational groups. He has a sporting character. In his youth he attended athletics and volleyball teams, freediving, cycling and gyms. Throughout his life he has learned disciplines and energy techniques such as Yoga, Meditation, Thai-chi, Chi-chong, Rebirthing, Judo, Celtic Sword, Pranotherapy, Reiki. In his artistic career, in addition to writing he studied as actor and learned music by playing the tenor sax. Massimo is also a researcher who is interested in documenting the mysteries of the world, history and the human race. His stories, fairy tales, poems and books are a consequence of this continuous investigation that he wants to share with others.
