Douglas W. Webster

Dr. Doug Webster grew up in Southern California and entered the Air Force after college, where the world became his home. After a 21 year military career, he entered management consulting in the areas of strategy, performance and cost management, Enterprise Risk Management, and organizational change. He has also served as a past Director of Risk Management at the US Agency for International Development, and as the Chief Financial Officer of both the US Department of Labor and Department of Education.
