Carol Bloom Levin

Carol Bloom Levin writes adventure tales that celebrate Jewish life. She is the author and illustrator of ""Haggadah Regatta", a kids Haggadah that combines the best parts of a Passover seder with the tale of a little matzah raft. The foot-stomping Haggadah grew from childhood games that she played at her daddy's New Jersey shoe store.

After receiving a BFA from Boston University, Carol exhibited her work in galleries, taught drug prevention to students in grades 2-6, and produced The Synagogue Journal: 1856-2006, a comprehensive history of the first Jewish congregation in Brooklyn, New York.

Carol lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She loves to travel to schools with the matzah raft in the weeks leading up to Passover, and takes her grandkids to the Huron River for an annual reading of "A Rosh Hashanah Walk".
