Solomon Akrofi

Solomon is the founder and Director of Leapmax Consulting, a management consultancy focusing on the effective design, delivery and measurement of the impact of executive leadership capabilities to drive organisational success. He has extensive leadership experience in multiple industries and has been instrumental in delivering multi-million-pound value-generating and cost-saving initiatives. He has a PhD in Executive Learning & Development from Southampton University Business School, where he is also a guest lecturer. He has a passion for supporting organisations to transform their leadership capability into a competitive advantage, stimulate innovation and deliver long-term value.
