Raymond Cross

Raymond Cross describes himself as an "improvementist" – always looking for ways of breathing new life, creativity and healing – a life drive that uncovers improvements and solutions to perplexing problems and weaknesses. Ray applies this drive to all he experiences. His books, therefore, touch on a variety of challenges, both conceptual and practical.

Ray pastored Baptist churches in Ontario Canada for 35 years. While pastoring, Ray travelled province-wide teaching insightful seminars and wrote a number of books.

Happily married since 1971 to Diane, they have two grown children and three grandchildren.

Ray is a thorough researcher, sensitive and responsive to the needs of those he serves.
