Roy Phillips

I hold a BA and MA in political science from Oklahoma State University. My fields of concentration included international relations, public management, and public budgeting.

I am currently a content developer, and I teach political science as an adjunct instructor when my schedule permits. Sharing my knowledge of the field of political science is something that I enjoy immensely. I believe that writing is an important part of the learning process. I have graded thousands of term papers over the years, and I believe that the hand-out that my guide is based upon has been helpful to many of my students.

I have priced the guide as low as possible because I just want to share the information with students who can benefit from it.

In past years, I have served in the U.S. Army as both an Infantryman and a Civil Affairs Sergeant.

I was a NAUI scuba instructor from 2008 until 2018. My favorite dive spots are Cozumel, Mexico and Cay Sal Bank, in the Bahamas.
