Syed Sameer Aga

Dr. Syed Sameer Aga is currently serving as the Chairperson of the Quality Assurance and Development Unit in the College of Medicine, King Saud Bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, Jeddah (KSAU-HS), KSA. He has a decade-long experience in quality assurance and control in academia. Dr. Aga is certified in strategic planning, KPIs and Six Sigma in academia.

He is also working as the Associate Professor of Biochemistry in the Department of Basic Medical Sciences, College of Medicine, King Saud Bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, Jeddah (KSAUHS), KSA.

In this leadership role, he played a pivotal part in steering the Medicine Program to successfully achieve its accreditation and quality benchmarks, demonstrating his commitment to educational excellence and continuous improvement within higher education and healthcare settings. With over 15 years of focused experience in quality assurance, Dr. Aga is recognized for promoting rigorous standards, evidence-based evaluation, and strategic planning vital to the delivery of world-class education and research
