Vaibhav Saini, PhD, survived India, visiting family in the dusty villages of Haryana and the concrete jungles of New Delhi. He moved to the US for graduate school, and eventually worked as an Instructor in Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
