Dr. Elizabeth A. Carter is an author, speaker, leadership development strategist, and founder of AAPPEAL, LLC. With 30 years of experience in corporate finance, insurance, performance improvement, and leadership development, she equips professionals and organizations to elevate their value, communicate with confidence, and lead with greater impact.

Her passion for developing others began when she realized numbers only create value when people understand how to connect them to their daily work. That insight inspired her to earn a PhD in Training and Performance Improvement and to create practical tools for leadership, communication, and career growth.
