Brit Williams is a Canadian-born, London-based author and personal trainer specialising in strength training for women. She believes pre- and post-natal women should be fully included in the fitness space and wants to replace the language of fear and uncertainty in pregnancy training with accessible information and reassuring month-by-month resources. This is an important mission within her community-based fitness brand Fit Brit Collective, devoted to manifesting strength from the inside out, and her first book Mind, Body, Bump heralds in a new age of pregnancy-progressive language for the empowered woman. As a mother of one little girl and expectant mother of twins, she writes from both personal experience and with reference to the leading science of our times.
