Bryan Michael Ellis

Bryan Michael Ellis was born on June 9, 1990, and grew up on Long Island, New York. He lived his entire life there, except for his years at SUNY New Paltz, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in English. From an early age, Bryan had an overactive imagination and would use writing as an outlet for his ideas. He always knew he wanted to be a writer and is now fulfilling his dream. He is an avid tea drinker and animal lover, living with his cat, who is the perfect writing partner. Growing up, he had a big love of the horror genre. Horror movies, books, etc. He couldn’t get enough of the genre, but he always felt one thing was lacking, and that was the representation of LGBT+ people. He never saw himself in any of the horror films or books he read and loved. Now Bryan spends his time writing Horror with LGBT+ characters, hoping his readers feel included and frightened.
