Karen Sonet Massyn

Karen experienced God’s calling to impact children with the truth of the gospel from very early in their ministry. she has a wealth of expertise and training in Children’s Ministry structure, implementation, and equipping. Karen has qualifications in different Children’s Ministry through UNNISSA and PETRA Institute as well as basics in Theology through AFM Theological College. She has a Diploma in Computer Proficiency through ITTC and a Certificate in counselling from IBC Institute.

She is an excellent puppeteer and has written and directed many productions for children and adults alike, as well as a TV Series for kids. She has been involved in Children’s Ministry since 1986 and is passionate about equipping children to discover a living relationship with God as well as discover their calling and be given the opportunity to live their calling at as young an age as possible.

She currently leads the Global Children’s Ministry for Doxa Deo and heads up the writing and design of the curriculum and training processes for them. Her years of training and experience working with children, training leaders and helping churches plant Children’s Ministries, gives her a unique perspective from which to engage her audience in her writing. Whether writing stories for children or insight for leaders, her writing is inspiring and well worth reading.
